A few words about us
Infotax is a family run business, at all times you will deal with professional staff that have a personal interest in the firm.
Of course, we do offer the standard service expected from a traditional bookkeeping company but complement this by proactively using our business acumen to extend these services to provide a level of service over and above the usual standard.
The phrase ‘added value’ is often overused in business. However, at Infotax we genuinely forge close working relationships with our clients to nurture an environment of trust, understanding and mutual respect. Common complaints we kept hearing from local firms were that good bookkeepers are hard to find, accountants were not interested in supporting small firms with management accounts or small payroll runs, those that do charge a fortune and the small businessman who does not have the requirement for office staff has to go to one company for financial support whilst trying to muddle through the admin work themselves. Having experienced the problems that can be caused with inadequately skilled staff, and the employment law red tape dealing with the same, we realised that there is a need for a company like Infotax, a professional firm that offers outsourced services – no employment contracts, no lengthy tie-in periods.
